Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Gate was open when we drove in just before 8:30 AM, but closed when we left around 4:00 PM. We were able to let ourselves out without an issue, however.

Surface Conditions: Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Mud, Standing/Running Water on Trail

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Lower crossing on Unknown Pond Trail was slightly tricky. The larger crossing on the logging road portion of Bunnell Notch Trail was running well with stepping stones submerged under a few inches of water. Other crossings were hoppable.

Trail Maintenance Notes: 7 or 8 blowdowns on Bunnell Notch Trail.

Bugs: Bugs stayed home and watched cartoons.

Comments: Rained the entire loop, but no thunder. Kilkenny Ridge Trail held up decently to the rain, however the logging road portion of the Bunnell Notch Trail was pretty crummy.
