| Comments: |
A picture perfect day in the Whites. The trails are super packed out. We were able to hike in shoes up to the Winter Lion Head route, then we threw on the microspikes and longsmiths. The steeper pitches up to Lion Head were pretty intense, esp coming down. An ice axe is recommended for self arrest ability. |
