| Comments: |
Spring snow is taking over in the Ossipees. Very soft snow and narrow, unstable monorail. Trail is in the stream down low and ledges are mostly snow free. Wore snowshoes start to finish and needed them. Worth walking in the stream and clattering on the ledges to avoid postholing everywhere else. Beautiful blue skies and gorgeous views on what was supposed to be a rainy day. Great day out! |
