Comments
Comments: Great hike to kick off the coming stretch of warm weather. Parked at Miller State Park lot, paid my fee, headed up Marion Davis Trail. I was able to hike up and down bare booted even though I brought my stabilicers. It was a little slick on the slushy snow but nothing too bad. Some areas are free of snow along the trail but the majority still has some snow pack. Depth varies from a few inches to maybe spots of 6-12". When at the summit it was 37F when the valleys were at 50F. Breezy with winds 15-20mph with a gust of 28mph. Clouds were here and there with two good stretches of sunshine while hiking. Overall, a great hike with clear views in all directions.
