Comments
Comments: Conditions more like late March, with a fairly stable monorail, but it won't last long. On the way down we noticed significant melting had occurred just from that morning. We put on our snowshoes about halfway up; they are essential on the spur trail unless you like sinking in up to your knees in snow. Even with the snowshoes we were sinking in somewhat.
