| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Trails are clear, only a couple small blowdowns, easy to get around or over. Oh the small paths, many are steep and have eroded pathways. Fun to hunt and find them because their trailheads are partically hidden, unmarked or signage just off the trail. |

| Comments: |
Fun day zig zagging my way up the mountain.
I managed not to meet anyone on the trails only on the summit and on the Old Toll Road. One young man and his friends from a town at the bottom of the mountain annouced to me it was his birthday and his first time up Monadnock. Another women with a small child asked me if she was almost there yet and I replied almost to the Halfway house site. Monanadnock is a real mountain and we are lucky to have the mountain and the so much of the surrounding property protected. Thank you Charlie Royce and many others. |
