I took the white dot trail up and it was in pretty good condition. There were some minor patches of mud early on but these were easily walked around. The trail was in more or less perfect condition until I hit a few small stretches of snow/ice about 3/4 of the way up which were also easily crossed or walked around. These were at most 10-15 feet each and only appeared in a few spots with heavy tree cover higher up on the trail. On the way down I took the white cross trail and hit a few more patches of snow/ice that were even smaller than those I encountered on the way up. Overall this was a pretty easy 2 1/2 hour hike thanks to good trail conditions. |
