Near the trailhead; a little high from recent storm, but hoppable with care. |

Mosquitoes and black flies were vexing when stopped. |

Trail was damp from recent downpours, but the mudbog halfway up wasn't too bad. Summit register is still in place, but in need of repair or replacement. |
