I drove about 1.3 down the forest road on Bear Notch road near the height of land (the road you normally approach BH from) to the point where the stream goes under the road. There is a small pull-off for a car. |

The Northeast peak was a little tough due to lots of cliffs and some thick stuff near the top. I found it surprisingly harder than the main peak. The recognized high point was also a bit hard to find. Making a line from the sub peak to the main peak, you hit cliffs, mostly on the sub peak side. The main peak has to be one of my favorite trailess peaks. |
