| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
I was car # 4 in the parking area on Rt 302 across from the trailhead. Had it been a hotter day people park there to go swimming in the Saco. |

Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Mud - Minor/Avoidable |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
All crossings done with ease and dry feet. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
A large blowdown about 1/2 mile in has forced to hikers to forge a new trail to the right of the roots. Footing is not good. Accident waiting to happen. Other blowdowns are easily stepped ovber. |

Only saw one dog but he was happy. |

| Bugs: |
Few to speak of. Some black flies at the summit. |

Hiker from Montreal lost a GPS somewhere near the summit. If it's found email me and I can get in touch with him. |
