Comments
Comments: Deer Leap Conservation Area in Windham: About 1 mi loop. Deer Leap is an interesting rock formation about 60' above Moeckel's Pond. Unfortunately, the pond has drained due to a long history of issues with the dam. Still, it's fun to climb on the rocks and see the former pond filling in. It hasn't changed much over the years. Aside from a few broken beer bottles, there is little sign of civilization when you're looking out at the vast expanse. :)
