Comments
Comments: Spontaneous decision to hike this 52WAV peak since I was camping up north for the weekend. An easy cruise out to Circle Junction, then I hopped on the SBT, which becomes a steady up, but never steep. Footing is mostly good and grades are mostly easy/moderate, but there's a lot of mud. I popped out in the col to hear voices, and could spot some stealth campers off in the woods. Looks like a herd path leads from the junction to the campsite. The EMT started out easy, then got a bit rougher and rockier up to the summit. Good views from the top, although you have to move around to see stuff. Nice view looking over at South Baldface.
