Comments
Comments: Some very light mud on the White Dot Trail. Wet in the normal places on Cascade Link with one brook crossing done on the rocks easily. Spellman Trail had some wet/muddy spots down low and wet rocks in the steep sections. Had to be careful on the wet slabs, but it wasn't hard to find a safe way up them. Watched the sunset from the top with about 9 other hikers. It was better than expected. Came down the White Cross Trail since there wouldn't be anywhere near the normal traffic after sunset. It's sad to see how much this trail has widened and how many paths people have made around objects even in the maybe 2-2.5 years since I have been on this trail.
