Great trails but had a hard time finding directions and accurate land marks to find trailhead. Smarts mountain only has a view if you climb the fire tower and there are signs all over the place to stay off the tower until they can make critical repairs. But by the looks of things they don't plan on making any repairs soon. I climbed it anyway and got my view. Mt. Cube had great views and the summit was mostly white rock which was kinda cool. Hot day to be out but had to check off the second to last peak on my 52wav. |
