| Dog-Related Notes: |
I was hopeful for some water access for my dog on Guinea Pond Trail but which we didn't find except on the beaver flood bypass. There were several good spots along and across the Mead trail though. Getting over and around some of the blowdown were an agilty challenge for the dog other wise it was an easy gradual climb to the outstanding view. |

| Comments: |
The Guinea Pond Trail would be more fun on a bike. The beaver flooding bypass was marked and easy to follow. The Mead trail was mostly gradual and easy. One of the best views in New England for sure from the summit. Tried not to disturb the bear eating berries under the power line on the way back but it scampered away. |
