Comments: Clark Summit, Wolf Hill, (Deering, NH)

From the car to the Clark Summit it was only 3/4 of a mile, we followed old white blazes with no issues on the old road to trail, we saw old Saddle Trail sign (wonder where old woods road comes out below). Nice summit and huge memorial plaque on top of Deering's high point. Clark is the hero's first name and this fine Deering resident's family name is Poling--just so happens to be the same family name as the Deering pastor that married my hiking companion (she is going to look into it he must be related). Grand Vista! On our return I suggested one more thing and went to top of Wolf Hill, heck the road is named after it so it must be good. Wolf is home to a big cell phone tower and some crosses on the open ledges, this property is owned by the Ministries and sign reads Hikers welcome. We retraced our way and it was a fun hike total distance was 2 miles.
