Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Parking lot was not plowed but had been driven on by cars. We pulled in but if you don't have good tires or a car that can drive in a few inches of snow I would park by the road. We were the only ones when we arrived. Someone else was parked there when we exited. I think it is supposed to be plowed.

Comments
Comments: The trail was well packed from Oliverian trail to the Passaconaway cutoff. Someone must have started up the Square Ledge Trail then turned around because we broke trail the rest of the way on the loop. There was about 3 to 6 inches of crusty snow on the trail. It was tricky figuring out where the lookout was for views of Passaconaway. There was no ice on the steep parts of the trail both E and W. It was hard figuring out where Square Ledge was at first when we first Crested Square Ledge Trail then realized you had to descend further and climb again to reach it. There were not many blazes on the E side but it was obvious where the trail went because there appeared to be missing trees in the form of a path.
