It's summer so there were some. Gnats were the most annoying kind. |

Great day for the hike. Don't miss the short side path to Jennings Peak. There were great views from Noon Peak, Jennings Peak, and the summit. At the summit I met a park ranger and her friend who were up there for four hours to count people for a wilderness area use study. |
