Barebooted road, spikes for the rest. At the 3rd relo, stayed on old route. All 3 water crossings were fine. As Bilbo noted, upper SRT is pretty chopped up and pockmarked. Fortunately postholes aren't very deep. However, sledding would be seriously painful right now.
Heard a barred owl on the way out just before sunset. Cool! |
