| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Parking lot maintained. Dugway side of Passaconaway Road is open. USFS has signs at the parking lot directing hikers to go through the woods and not the clearing - to reach the trailhead (due to logging operations). Follow orange flagging. |

Dry Trail, Ice - Black, Snow - Trace/Minimal Depth, Wet Trail, Ice - Blue, Snow/Ice - Frozen Granular |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
Two: one is small and iced over, the other has a wooden bridge. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Trail in good shape but widening as hikers avoid the ice flows. |

Several dogs today and they seemed to do okay (though it was pretty icy in some places). |

| Comments: |
Quite a lot of ice on this well traveled trail. First mile had patches of ground, very little snow. As we ascended we dealt with ice flows (able to walk around), toward the top we walked on a few inches of snow. |
