| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Plenty of parking at Elwell Trail trailhead. Road to parking area has a half-inch of ice/slush on it, and parking area has a couple of inches of ice/slush. Not an issue to drive up, with care. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
New large blowdown (old rotted birch) -- easily walked around -- on Orange Trail/Elwell Trail where the two trails coincide. Small step-over blowdown on Orange Trail in col on back side of Little Sugarloaf. |

| Comments: |
Decided to check out the trail conditions after the recent spring-like weather. Thin monorail for pretty much the entire route except on ledges, which are bare, as are a couple of melted out spots on Orange Trail. We were able to keep light traction on the entire way, but I suspect that this will change daily with the forecast warmer temperatures. |
