| Comments: |
A solid late morning jaunt up to Crawford. With the higher summits forecast calling for high winds, I decided to stay low. Crawford fit the bill just fine, providing a good workout, and solid views for my efforts. A lot of ice on the trail, interspersed with bare sections, and pockets of rotten snow. Spikes worked well, though some may want the added stability of crampons in a few spots. The summit ledges are generally bare and dry. |
