| Comments: |
Steve and Skipper kept me company from Glencliff up to Webster Slide Mtn. Regretfully, it was all fog this morning, with a thin layer of frost on the trees... so no views from this vista. Steve went back down to the car and drove around to Rt. 25A (Smarts Mtn. parking area), and hiked in... we met at the Ore Hill Campsite area. I was glad for a colder start, which kept the mud at bay the entire morning. Some inconsequential snow and ice on the trail; we carried traction but did not need it. Nice section of redlining to get done. |
