Comments
Comments: We bet on the weather, and won! Trails were soggy for the most part, but drier than expected. Ice started at around 2300', making sections of Old Paugus and upper Lawrence treacherous without spikes. Bushwhacked around a significant ice flow just below the summit on Old Paugus as well. Excellent views from the ledges, though it was windy and cool, so we didn't hang out for long. Cabin for the descent was very pleasant, if not a bit wet. A great day out with Jake and Sam, capped by smoked meat and beers at Yankee Smokehouse!
