Two stepover blowdowns on the lower mile of the Dickey side of the loop, one about 4" and one about 8". |

Sloppy conditions today following yesterday's snowfall.
1-2" of wet snow in the woods on top of non-frozen ground. Lots of mud and running water. Open slabs higher up are generally snow free, but have water running down portions. I was able to bareboot the loop without issue (other than slop), however light traction may be needed first thing in the morning due to below freezing forecasted overnight temps likely resulting in black ice and frozen slush. Probably not an issue as soon as the sun warms things up. |
