Dog-Related Notes: Brought a small dog, he didn't have any trouble up top on the rock slaps but it would have been difficult had it been wet the whole trip, or had there been any ice at all.

Comments
Comments: Didn't encounter any snow or ice on the trail, but there was some patches of mud that were avoidable. It began to rain as we were heading back down the mountain and things got a bit slippery. I wouldn't have done this hike if it rained beforehand as the rock slabs at the top of Cardigan would have gotten a bit scary.
