Comments
Comments: I trekked northward on this trail from the end of East Branch Road for 3+ miles to a point near "height-of-land". This segment of trail was easy to follow and very navigable. However, there were some muddy spots, and there were a few blowdowns as might be expected for a trail less-traveled. Also, there were a few areas that could use some brushing.
This segment of trail was used as an approach route for a trek to a 2,941 ft peak located just west of North Baldface. It is unnamed on topographic maps, but often referred to by various names such as "Baldface West", or "West Baldface", or "West Peak, North Baldface".
