| Comments: |
Bear Mountain Trail was dry or slightly moist in places from recent rain. Not a heavily used trail, but there are wooden markers as well as flagging tape. Elwell Trail from Bear Mountain Trail to the near-summit viewpoint was in good shape and well marked. Trail use dramatically drops off after that ledge (what I think is the true summit is just beyond that ledge, off trail by a dozen or so feet). Scramble ledges were all dry. |
