Comments
Comments: Followed a woods road up from the field behind the Camp Bell building up to a herd path along Moulton Brook. Neat cliff/rock formation below the knoll at about 1,550 feet.
Piper Round Pond Link from there to the pond was mostly dry. Minor mud in the usual places on the way to Mt. Mack. Some four wheelers came up from the scout camp, presumably having keys to the gate (or else maybe limboing under it).
Lots of wildflowers in bloom, especially lady slippers.
