No problems on the trail. I had bug spray on. A few black flies bitting on owls head but not too bad. Martha's summit was horrible, drove me away. |

Nice views of presidentials on Martha's summit. Heard path to overlook of Franconia ridge, cannon, Garfield, north & south twin and on to Crawford notch which was nice. Martha's mile trail was a really nice hike over to owls head. Views at owls head was spectacular. I spent 90 minutes on summit soaking in the presidentials. Nice seeing mt chocorua between Crawford notch. Saw a couple of cedar waxwings along with plenty of junco's. Excellent blue sky day & bright sunshine. Was not disappointed with these 52 wav gems. |
