road to TH has a deep water bar that I just barely got across with a minor scrape. |

in good shape, except for the mud and standing water in the lower sections of the trail between Starr King and Waumbek |

with the recent rain plenty of standing puddles higher up |

| Comments: |
After I did Cabot in the morning I headed over to Waumbek. It looked as if the clouds were moving off the peaks with a few windows of blue sky. However, another rainshower moved in as I got up to Starr King and didn't let up until I hit Waumbek. As it happens most of the time, by the time I got down to the car the clouds had lifted off. |
