Comments
Comments: A great day to be out on the trail. Sun in the sky and nice temps. Davis path is dry all the way to Mount Crawford spur. There are stretches of mud and/or water on the Davis path from Mount Crawford spur to Mount Parker trail junction. A little bit of water on the rocks on the rock scrambles up to Stairs Mountain but not too slick. A few spots of mud on the Stairs Mountain spur. Lots of hikers on the trail up to Mount Crawford. Many hikers carried on a bit up the Davis Path. For those heading to Mount Crawford it's worth heading up the Davis Path beyond the Mount Crawford spur on an easy trail for about 15 minutes to a nice ledge which has an amazing view of Crawford Notch. Saw only 2 hikers on Davis Path beyond these ledges.
