Comments
Comments: Hiked Belknap Mtn. via a new-to-me trail- the East Gilford Trail. Down low, it followed old woods roads, then made a steep, wooded ascent for a bit. From about the midway point to the summit, there was insane ledgey goodness with some nice views along the way. Much of the ledge sections (as well as most of the trail in general) were quite wet from recent rain, so I had to watch my footing. Decent views from the fire tower, but would've been better if not for the dark clouds surrounding the Whites to the north.

Barely saw anyone on the ascent or descent, and the summit wasn't too crowded either. Great day on some new territory.
