Water Crossing Notes: Basically they were all dry

Trail Maintenance Notes: The trail from the East Ledges to the summit had some downed trees and the blazes are faded.

Dog-Related Notes: Limited sources for water. Everything is dry, there is a couple of spots, but it looked nasty. Recommend you bring extra water for you at least until we get some good rains.

Comments
Comments: It was a great day to hike Hedgehog, another 52WAV off the list (if we were doing the list, that is LOL). We had been under the impression that Hedgehog was a very popular mountain, but we saw limited people all day. We did notice a lot of blueberry bushes, so maybe it we be more busy in a few weeks. :) We did the loop clockwise and do recommend doing it that way, so when you reach the summit it is a shorter distance back down to the trailhead.
There are 3 views points and the views were pretty good. We were able to see Mount Flume and Lafayette from the summit and Washington from Allen's Ledge. Out of the 3 places for views we preferred Allen's Ledge the most.
