Beautiful day to be out in the woods. Monte Rosa/Smith Summit were very quiet, did not see another soul. There were maybe 50-60 fairly noisy people on top. I just kept walking and stopped on the way down. White Dot was quite busy until I turned off on Smith Connecting. Saw noone until I reached Halfway House again.
The blueberry situation was rather disappointing probably due to the drought. Saw none at all until just north of Bald Rock and then finally found a reaonable cache on Noble. |
