Comments
Comments: A great small hill only three miles from my new home. Two excellent cleared viewpoints, one overlooking Penacook Lake and the Belknaps, and the other looking out to Crotched and Monadnock. At the 712' summit are the footings from the old observation tower. Doing some research, there appears to be some other sights to explore off the beaten path. I'll be back. Also looks like good snowshoeing in winter, with wide trails and mostly easy grades.
