Comments
Comments: A return trip for both of us. Danielle in true redliner spirit wanted to finish this loop right since we were nearby (apres Diamond Ridge bushwhack). I led her down the "grassy road" to the unmarked trail that leaves sharp left from end, the herd path heading straight to the river is not part of the loop. From here we followed along the edge of river upstream and geez the water lever was extremely low! We continued up the trail over a few bog bridges until we arrived at the Falls. We could see the usual water level water stain on the ledges several feet above the low flowing water, falls were still quite pretty and loud but nothing like the last time I was here. Steep climb up some nice wood stairs and back to the car. Loop is a whole mile! Good fun.
