Comments
Comments: Well we went up mill brook trail for about a mile and then took a right into the woods. The bushwhack was quite night with some open woods. We had no issue following a compass and heading right for the top. There would have been an awesome view but we had some clouds and chance of showers. There are plenty of fire tower artifacts up top with a yellow x in two places. The cabin still stands and the outhouse is leaning forward but is still in tact. There is a cannister with only one other signature in there from a year ago. There is still plenty of direwood in the cabin too! We headed back the way we came and did about 4 miles and 2:20 hours to do it. Nice place for sure!
