Comments
Comments: A beautiful evening on Kearsarge for a sunset, up Winslow and down Barlow. Nearly 60 degrees when I started and about 40 when I got back. Both trails are wet and muddy, Barlow being more so. This made some of the ledges slick in places. Tremendous views in all directions in the clear air before the sun went down.

As noted above, the Winslow State Park gate is now closed and locked for the winter. I assume it's the same on the Rollins side as well. If you want to hike from this side, you will need to park at the gate and walk 0.7 mi. up the road.
