Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: all were easy to cross with minor rock hopping
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: both the Attitash Trail and Moat Mnt Trail were in excellent shape - minor areas of mud - about a mile from summit the ledge rocks were sporadically covered with thin coat of ice - not enough to pull out and put on micro spikes but enough to make footing sketchy - I turned around with about a mile left to reach the summit because I didn't think the ice was going to get better.

Comments
Comments: the Attitash trail was scenic and very easy going. The Moat Mountain trail started to give you some elevation and although I would have liked to have made the summit it wasn't worth the risk on the icy rocks, esp. coming down. Passed about 12 people plus more at Diana's Baths (beautiful cascades with lots of water in the river). Lovely winter day, nice hike.
