Comments
Comments: Jumped on the Hancock Notch Trail for a few hundred yards or so. Started the bushwhack heading east up the ridge in open woods with about 4" to 6" of new snow. Some steep up around 2400 feet, woods got a little bit thicker but no bad at about 2800 feet. Some ups, small downs and more steep to about 3000 feet. Things leveled off and turned thick but as alway just keep going. As we hit the bump or false summit headed north east in much better woods thought cal gained a few hundred feet more and hit the canister. Sown on top was more in the 7" to 9" range, we bare booted, temp on summit was 5 degrees with some 15 - 20 mph wind. couple peak a boo views here and there.

Another fun bushwhack with Mary, Rick & Lisa
