Comments
Comments: I snowshoed my way up Nineteen-Mile to the Carter Dome Trail junction but on the way out I barebooted, too much grinding on the snowshoes with rocks not quite totally buried. Carter Dome Trail was a great snowshoe once reaching the switchbacks, and the Carter-Moriah Trail had even better snowshoeing. There were about a dozen people behind me so Carter Dome and Carter-Moriah will have a decent/firm packed base under whatever drifts in and/or falls tomorrow.

Great morning hike as the snow came falling down, it really picked up in intensity around 11AM, fun day in the woods. :)
