Comments
Comments: Trails were very wet. Lots of slippery slabs and scrambles on Success and Mahoosuc trails - if there's any chance of the temperature slipping below freezing in those elevations, light traction would be a very good thing to have. The nasty mud pit on the flats near the top of the Success Trail has been improved with some new bog bridges, however there are still some extended stretches between those that are very deep mud. Also, some submerged bog bridges on Mahoosuc Trail. Some nice foliage near the trailhead, however leaves gone for the balance of the hike. Congrats to Cymbidium and GrumpyGran on finishing the 52 With-A-View.
