Trail is well packed. I left the snowshoes in the car and used microspikes from my car to the summit. Didn't posthole once. The final pitch to the summit was a bit sketchy in just spikes. It's doable, but I felt significantly safer switching over to my Kahtoola k10's from the summit back down to the Webster-Jackson junction. I put the spikes back on from that point until I reached the car. |
