Only a couple of inches low on trail on packed base. When you get up by Liberty Spring campsite the depth increases to around 4-6", about the same for the Ridge. Some drifting on Ridge, but nothing significant. Snow down low was sticky today. Nice powder up higher. Had a hoot of a return trip, using Merikan Missile sled down Liberty Spring trail...probably easy mile and a 1/2 of sliding..awesome! A few icy spots under snow on Spring trail that caught my partner. |
