Comments
Comments: An overcast day with temps from 20 to 35. From just below the Garfield Ridge Trail to the peak of Galehead the trees were melting their snow load as the temps were warm enough. Got very wet but stayed warm with the mild temps and the exertion of hiking. The snow was also balling up on the bottoms of boots and snowshoes. No views today and only a light breeze from the hut to the top of Galehead. Saw 9 hikers and 1 dog today.
