Comments
Comments: Spencer Smith Trail was mostly dry and in good shape. A little bit confusing near the ledges (near the Link trail sign) - generally tried to stay on the ridge when faced with a junction. Didn't find any views near the summit (super large cairn!), but red trail continued on to some nice, but viewless, ledges. On return trip, bushwhacked downhill from near the northern knob, near a viewpoint, through steep and rocky terrain and found the old plane wreck. Tried slabbing on the return trip, but found it equally as rough and instead climbed back up to the trail. Good foliage colors.
