Comments
Comments: Temps in the lower 40's. Access road packed down with snowmobile tracks. Barlow trail is well traveled and packed. Winslow trail had just a few footsteps through the 6" of newer snow. Both trails had good amount of running water and slush. Not many issues heading up but slippery coming down using yak traks. Crampons might be overkill but yak traks were not enough in some spots. Seems to be a fair amount of rock solid ice under the newer snow. Windy and clouded in at the top, could barely see the fire and cell towers.
