Comments
Comments: Three parties, totaling six hikers, on the peak today. All in snowshoes! (I wore spikes on the Wilderness Tr). Sections of both whacks were choppy, but the 'official' trails were in good shape except for sections of mud and lack of snow bridging across minor tributaries. Patches of sun and lifting cloud cover- good views of the Bonds from the summit and other spots on Lincoln Brook and Back Pond whack. I love the open transition forest on the lower section of the Brutus whack!
