For the most part, the route up was like a sidewalk, except for a short section of unpacked powder. IMO, snowshoes are overkill right now. Light traction is the way to go. There was also some tricky side-hilling on the Sosman Trail to the top, but it was negotiated with care.
Cold and breezy today, but not a cloud in the sky, so the views from the top were far reaching. Great after work hike. |
